Languages Extended Exploration Program (LEEP)
for 4th Grade Students
Each year, Hillsborough Township Public Schools is pleased to offer the Languages Extended Exploration Program (LEEP). This after-school program is offered at no cost to Hillsborough families. We have concluded LEEP registration for the 2016-2017 school year. We look forward to seeing more 4th graders next year.
As elementary school students currently receive exposure to Chinese and Spanish, LEEP was designed to provide interested 4th-grade students with the opportunity to explore the additional world languages (French, German, and Italian) offered at Auten Road Intermediate School. The program runs for one week each month, from October through March. You may register your child for one or all three languages (one language per month). All courses are introductory and are repeated each month. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis and all sessions are created based on sufficient enrollment. Parents will be notified via email regarding the status of the session for which you've registered the week prior to the start of each monthly session. This program is completely voluntary.
All transportation to and from Auten Road Intermediate School is the responsibility of the parent(s), and will not be provided by the district.
Each session runs Monday through Friday from 4:15 - 5:15 p.m. on the designated week.
