SUMMER ENRICHMENT FAQ’S

Starting April 6th, families will be able to log on the website for a Preview of courses.  (Usernames and passwords will be available April 5th through the Parent Portal.) 


Course Registration will begin April 9th - April 23rd.

Is there a Registration Deadline?

YES!  In order to prepare camp, the registration deadline is April 23rd and the payment deadline is May 7th.  Courses are offered on a first come, first served basis. Courses have limited enrollment this year and fill quickly. 


How do I pay for Summer Enrichment?

GOOD NEWS!  YOU NOW HAVE TWO PAYMENT OPTIONS!


  1. PAY ONLINE VIA PAYSCHOOLS  - Register Now and Pay Week of April 26th
    -For directions to log on to PaySchools click HERE
    OR

  2. PAY BY CHECK 

-Mail or Drop Off your check to your child’s school or to the Board of Education ATTN: SUMMER ENRICHMENT 2021.  PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THE COURSE RECEIPT WITH YOUR CHECK


What COVID procedures will be followed?

Summer Enrichment will follow all COVID protocol  to ensure the safety of the campers and staff.  Social distancing, masks, hand washing, and frequent cleaning will be enforced.


Is Transportation Provided?

No, unfortunately, we do not provide transportation for Summer Enrichment.   The camp takes place at the Hillsborough Middle School, South Triangle Road.


Where do I drop off my child?

Construction will be taking place at HMS this summer. Drop off will no longer be at the main entrance. Instead, it will be at the side entrance (to the left of the main entrance) This will all be clearly marked and labeled to ensure an easy and effective drop-off process. Please walk your child into the building following social distancing procedures.


What do I do if I have medicine to drop off for my child?

If your child has medicine that needs to be at camp with him/her, you will drop this off to our nurse on the first day your child comes. We will have signs for the nurse’s office.


What do I do if my child is absent?

Please email us at summerenrichment@htps.us and let us know! You can also email your child’s teacher.


What do I do if I change who is picking up my child?

Please send in a note with your child if your pickup plans change. You can also email us that information at summerenrichment@htps.us


Can my child bring a snack?

Yes! Please send your child in with a snack and water bottle every day. We will alert you of any allergies that are in his/her classroom.
