Yoga is healthy for the body and mind.
The event raises money for BoroSAFE and the puppy rescue organization.

GRATITUDE IN ACTION
BoroSAFE hosts Gratitude In Action in November as a way to encourage our community to volunteer their time and give back to the community. We packed comfort care bags, made glitter jars to donate, painted inspirational messages on rocks and wrote positive messages in cards to send to seniors.
There are so many benefits to being grateful and giving back. Those who volunteer in their communities are less likely to be depressed and have increased well-being. Gratitude grows in the hearts of givers, more than in receivers.
